- morning tiredness
- night arousals
- sleep disordered breathing
- restless sleep
Asthma was associated with:
- sleep routine problems
- sleep disordered breathing
- restless sleep
Eczema was associated with restless sleep.
The association between allergic disease and psychological distress was mediated through sleep problems.
